I wrapped up the artwork for The Rattling Wall, Issue 2 today.  Above is a sneak peak of one of the new pieces accompanying a travel short entitled “Alternate Routes.” I have had such a great time working on this book and I can’t express enough how fun it was to pick out specific prose from each story and try to include as much detail as possible from that particular story out of 15 fiction pieces, and 4 travel essays.

There are 12 new pieces I created for the book and 12 old pieces that are to be published.  Four more new illustrations including the cover/back cover/flaps/and back inside panels.  Loads and loads of new pieces!

The reading and release for The Rattling Wall, Issue 2 is scheduled for February 4th, 2012 at The Standard at 7 p.m in West Hollywood.  Click on the link above for more information about the release.

There will be an Art of The Rattling Wall gallery show in May, where we will be showing all the artwork for the book and a new series of personal work related to the writing in Issue 2.  More details to come on that.
